Writers who live, work or study in Cumbria can submit up to three pieces of less than five minutes each for consideration for North Cumbria Scriptwriters' evening of extracts of work in the Studio at Theatre by the Lake, Keswick on 30 April. The extracts will be script-in-hand performances with some of the best amateur actors in Cumbria. Each script submitted must contain between two and five characters, and for full list of rules and application form, please write to North Cumbria Scriptwriters, Brackenthwaite House, Brackenthwaite, Wigton CA7 8AS. Closing date for entries is Friday 31 January.
